I am looking for professional Personal Training focused on results, but which also prioritizes a specific training environment. I would like to highlight several fundamental points for which I request your expert opinion and a quote: • Clinical Condition: I have a medical issue at the L4/L5 vertebrae. For this reason, it is essential that the training plan is carefully adapted, prioritizing core strengthening and mobility, while ensuring maximum safety and injury prevention. • Privacy: I highly value a strictly private and quiet training environment, where the focus on exercise is exclusive and free from interruptions. • Training Concept and Body Positivity/Freedom: I am seeking a space that allows for an informal and uninhibited approach regarding attire. I feel more comfortable and functional training with minimal textile restrictions (either shirtless or wearing jockstrap/sport brief style apparel). I wish to emphasize that this preference is strictly for thermal comfort, freedom of movement, and a philosophy of body confidence during exercise, with no sexual connotation whatsoever. Therefore, I would like to know if your facility and work ethics are compatible with this environment. Given the above, please inform me of your hourly rate/session fee for this individual regime. Training can take place at my home (Coimbra) or, if you have a private studio, I can travel to you. If a specific time slot at the beginning or end of the day is necessary to accommodate this attire policy, I am flexible. For now, I am looking for 1 or 2 sessions per week.
